We reserve the right to modify the graphix and/or grip tape designs given to us to any degree, or to refuse design suggestions all together. We also reserve the right to modify your graphix and/or grip tape design to include a circle three logo and/or slogan.

We reserve the right to reproduce any design submitted to us on our webpage, promotional materials, clothing lines, paraphernalia, or any other medium. We also reserve the right to publish exact dimensions and/or descriptions of your deck in any medium as well.
